Program description
Exclusive attention, a balanced schedule and individually selected treatment procedures will help you regain both physical and spiritual strength. The program will improve blood circulation, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, and nervous system activities, increase mobility of joints and spine, reduce pain in the musculoskeletal system, and positively affect the psycho-emotional state.
The program includes

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet restaurant**
- Doctor’s consultation and creation of an individual plan;
- Five treatments per day*
- Time in the pool and sauna area (depending on the length of stay);
- Unlimited access to the gym;
- Mineral water bivouette;
- Reflexotherapy “Barefoot” trail;
- Bathrobes and slippers in the room;
- Free parking included with stays of 7 nights or more.

**On the day of arrival and departure, lunch at the buffet-style restaurant is not included.
IMPORTANT! When choosing a program and staying with a child under 16 years old, the child is entitled only to the program’s meals and free access to the pool and sauna area (depending on the length of stay).
After purchasing this program, you will receive 5 procedures per day (1 from each group)
1 group – Physiotherapy in group/ Physiotherapy in a vertical bath (with or without stretching) / Outdoor exercise: Nordic Walking with Instructor / Stretch Exercise / Breathing Exercise
2 group (1x per 2 nights) – Underwater massage / Dry underwater massage / Therapeutic massage / Lymphatic drainage
3 group – Electrotherapy / Ultrasound therapy / Magnotherapy / Laser therapy / Light therapy
4 group – Mineral pearl bath / Mud applications/ Mud bath/ Fangoparaffin applications/ Mud wrap / Whirlpool bath for hands or feet / Mud wrap
5 group – Inhalation (with herbs/ mineral water) / Oxygen cocktail / Paraffin baths for hands / Whirlpool baths for arms or legs / Salt room / Relaxation (aromatherapy / binaural therapy)
