Program description
If you are aiming to strengthen muscles, reduce joint and spine stiffness, facilitate movement, get rid of stiffness and tension from sedentary work or after heavy physical work, this program is the most direct way to achieve it. Your steps will become easier and your movements will be less tiring, you will improve blood circulation, strengthen your muscles, reduce them, as well as the stiffness of your joints and spine, and improve your flexibility and mobility. Ideal for sedentary or heavy physical work, as well as people with broken bones, joint and spine injuries/surgery.
The program includes
- Accommodation;
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet restaurant**
- Doctor’s consultation and creation of an individual plan;
- Four treatments per day*
- Time in the pool and sauna area (depending on the length of stay);
- Unlimited access to the gym;

IMPORTANT! When choosing a program and staying with a child under 16 years old, the child is entitled only to the program’s meals and free access to the pool and sauna area (depending on the length of stay).
After purchasing this program, you will receive 4 procedures per day (1 from each group)
1 group– Group movement therapy in the hall / Movement therapy in the vertical bath
2 group– Electrotherapy / Ultrasound / Magnotherapy / Laser therapy
3 group (1 x per two nights) – Therapeutic massage/ Underwater massage
4 group (1 x per two nights) – Mud wrap/ Mineral pearl bath (scented / with herbs / with turpentine / with bischofite)
