Program description
There are days when tasks follows one another, but the body is as if frozen, and the mood becomes apathetic. There is so much to do, but I can’t find the strength and motivation anymore. The wellness program “Sea Frenzy” will help to “ignite” your body and mind again. Effective procedures will allow in a short time to improve muscle tone, activate blood circulation, increase tolerance to physical and emotional stress, recharge the body’s batteries and at the same time relax. Ideal for people who have forgotten the pleasures of leisure time, who spend too much time in offices, drowned in work routines.
The program includes
- Accommodation;
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet restaurant**
- Doctor’s consultation and creation of an individual plan;
- Four treatments per day*
- Time in the pool and sauna area (depending on the length of stay);
- Unlimited access to the gym;
- Mineral water bivouette;
- Reflexotherapy “Barefoot” trail;
- Bathrobes and slippers in the room;
- Free parking included with stays of 7 nights or more.

**On the day of arrival and departure, lunch at the buffet-style restaurant is not included.
IMPORTANT! When choosing a program and staying with a child under 16 years old, the child is entitled only to the program’s meals and free access to the pool and sauna area (depending on the length of stay).
After purchasing this program, you will receive 4 procedures per day (1 from each group)
1 group– Morning exercise: Nordic walking with an instructor / stretching exercise / breathing exercise
2 group– Dry carbonic acid bath / Carbonic acid bath
3 group– Quick acting face mask / Hydrating hand mask
4 group (every other day) – Therapeutic massage/ Underwater massage
